Following that, we proceed to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CDA). Afterward, we finalize a service agreement and carefully assess your project requirements. Once the contract is in place, we collaboratively establish a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the project specifics and deliverables. Afterwards, any new projects can be spun up by issuing new SOW.

Absolutely, a contract is necessary. We implement a standard services agreement, complemented by individual SOW as new projects emerge. This approach minimizes paperwork and streamlines our service provision, providing a structured framework for our working relationship.
